Approach: Applied a systematic approach for identification and shortlisting of potential suppliers
We took a systematic approach to identify, assess and recommend on the best possible suppliers based out of Africa. We initially developed a long list of suppliers, followed by shortlisting of potential suppliers based on operational and functional capabilities. We also identified potential risks with sourcing from the shortlisted suppliers and developed recommendations on mitigation strategies.
