We conducted to deep-dive due diligence study that involved assessment of critical factors such as the procurement organization structure of the target company, their volume of purchase, and spend patterns to match against the structure and practices of the client. Based on this assessment, we were able to derive insights on the possible quick wins and long-term benefits that could be achieved, as well as the challenges and limitations that could arise as a result of the deal. Based on this, we developed detailed recommendations to support the go/no-go decision of the client.
