Position: Lead Analyst/Senior Analyst (Procurement)

Experience: 4+ years 

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 4-7 individuals with the aim of delivering procurement intelligence reports with insights on cost-savings opportunities across distinct direct and indirect spend categories
  • Ability to guide the team on conducting extensive primary and secondary research from a procurement standpoint
  • Ensure reports written carry significant insights, post extensive research, which covers various aspects of sourcing and procurement such as procurement best practices, supplier selection criteria, category management, sustainability objectives and practices, and supplier KPIs
  • Have a clear understanding of supply chain and related concepts. Should be able to identify associated bottlenecks and risks across the supply chain of distinct categories, giving recommendations by directing focus to specific areas of improvement or mitigation practices
  • Guide the team on analysing and providing insights on operational and functional strengths of suppliers, market dynamics, pricing models and other category management related scope deliverables
  • Ability to work on short TAT deliverables

Position: Senior Associate/ Analyst – CMS

Experience: 1- 4 years

 

  • Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Conduct primary and secondary research to analyse various industries
    • Use the data gathered during the research to carry out market, competitor, and supplier analysis
    • Break down supply chain complexities and obtain actionable insights via the research findings
    • Deliver research findings in customized reports in PPTs and other formats based on the requirement
    • Ensure and take ownership of timely and high-quality deliverables for clients
    • Exhibit knowledge about various industries and develop expertise in a few of them
    • Work in an unstructured environment, and make sense of discrete and disconnected data to generate logical conclusions
    • Must have a prior understanding of various frameworks and models (such as Porter Five Forces, SWOT, PESTLE)
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
    • MBA with any graduation; supply chain knowledge is a good to have
    • Strong academic track record (60% marks minimum)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical abilities with a strong knowledge of Excel models for market sizing, market share etc.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (PPT and Excel is a must)
    • Highly organized with an attention to detail
    • Ability to work with tight deadlines
    • Teamwork and commitment

 

Position: Sr. Associate / Analyst – Sourcing & Procurement

Experience: 1 to 4 years
